 Peanut Bars

Ingredients

Base Layer:
1 1/4 cups almond flour 
2 T maple syrup
2 T melted coconut oil
1/4 t sea salt

Middle Layer:
6 soft medjool dates, pitted and torn
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 T melted coconut oil
1 T maple syrup
3 T hot water

Top Layer:
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1 t melted coconut oil
peanuts
flaky salt

Directions

1.Make the base layer, freeze while you make the middle layer.

2.In a 7-cup food processor, place the middle layer ingredients. You can add 1 T of hot water at a time until you get a thick, smooth, and sticky paste. Spread it over the base layer. Return to freezer.

3. Make the top layer, pour into 8x4 loaf pan and freeze until firm (about 1 hour). 

Slice and enjoy!
