Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
Ingredients:
- 2 large bananas, ripe, mashed
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup flour (or gluten-free flour)
- 1 3/4 cup oat flour
- 1tsp of baking powder
- 1 tsp of sea salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine wet/dry ingredients
- Fold the chocolate chips and transfer that batter to the loaf pan and bake for 50-55 minutes or until toothpick is clean.
