ingredients:
for the base:
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/8 cup runny peanut butter
- 1/8 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
for the filling:
- 1/2 cup runny peanut butter
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup peanuts
for the chocolate coating:
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil

DIRECTIONS:
- start by making the base, mix everything until it forms a dough-like consistency.
- once the base is ready, press it into a silicone mold, ensuring it’s evenly spread and compacted. place it in the freezer while you prepare the filling.
- Stir the filling until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- pour the peanut butter mixture over the peanuts, covering them completely.
place the silicone mold in the freezer and let it set while you prepare the chocolate coating. - then, add the chocolate coating on top and place back in the freezer for a few hours to set.
