Healthier No Bake Snicker Bites


I hate recipes that talk forever, so let us just get to it!

ingredients:

for the base:

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/8 cup runny peanut butter
  • 1/8 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


for the filling:

  • 1/2 cup runny peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup peanuts


for the chocolate coating:

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

DIRECTIONS:

  • start by making the base, mix everything until it forms a dough-like consistency.
  • once the base is ready, press it into a silicone mold, ensuring it’s evenly spread and compacted. place it in the freezer while you prepare the filling.
  • Stir the filling until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  • pour the peanut butter mixture over the peanuts, covering them completely.
    place the silicone mold in the freezer and let it set while you prepare the chocolate coating.
  • then, add the chocolate coating on top and place back in the freezer for a few hours to set.
