Peant Butter Cups

 Peanut Butter Cups 

I hate recipes that talk for ever so let's just get to it 😀.

Ingredients:

Cookie Dough Cups

• 1 and 1/2 cups almond flour
• 1/3 cup oat flour
• 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
• 1/3 cup maple syrup
• 1/2 cup runny peanut butter
• 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Peanut Butter Center

• 1/3 cup runny peanut butter
• 1/4 cup coconut sugar
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/8 cup melted coconut oil

Directions:

1. Add all cookie dough ingredients to a bowl and mix.
2. Add mix to a silicone liner and form a hole in the middle for the peanut butter center.
3. Mix the peanut butter center and add the mix in the center of the cups.
4. Place in freezer for 2 hours.
5. Melt chocolate and drizzle on top if desired. 
6. Store in fridge or freezer.
